PRICING: All prices displayed by Automatisation Cadence Inc. are subject to change without notice, except for prices included in a quotation prepared by Automatisation Cadence Inc. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes.
QUOTATIONS: Prices included in quotations prepared by Automatisation Cadence Inc. are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date indicated on the quotation.
PAYMENT: Payment terms: Any invoice issued must be paid: – NET 30 days, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Automatisation Cadence Inc. reserves the right to refuse to sell products or services if a client is in default of payment on previous invoices. Interest on overdue payments (after 30 days): The company also reserves the right to charge interest on late payments as follows: – 2% upon due date – An additional 2% for each subsequent 30-day period of delay Additionally, the client may lose any discounts if they are in default of payment more than twice within a year.
DELIVERY: Automatisation Cadence Inc. cannot guarantee delivery times for products sold and is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by changes in delivery times. All deliveries are subject to the F.O.B. policy of Automatisation Cadence Inc. (50, rue Sicard, suite 100, Ste-Thérèse, Quebec, J7E 5R1). Automatisation Cadence Inc. is not responsible for damages incurred during transport and delivery to the client.
RETENTION OF TITLE: Goods delivered to the client under this sale remain the exclusive property of Automatisation Cadence Inc. until the full purchase price has been paid by the client.
RETURNS AND REPAIRS: Products delivered by Automatisation Cadence Inc. are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. If the client is authorized to return products, this must be done within thirty (30) days. Restocking fees: Return fees may apply as follows: – From twenty-five percent (25%) up to one hundred percent (100%) of the value of the products delivered Examples: – Cognex products: 60% – Parker: 100% For all repairs, the client must cover shipping costs to Automatisation Cadence Inc. Automatisation Cadence Inc. agrees to pay standard ground shipping costs to the supplier. Any expedited shipping requests must be paid by the client.
